1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the CedarNest Construction LLC website (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”), you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use this website.

2. Services

CedarNest provides residential remodeling, renovation, and general contracting services throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas area.

Website content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding construction agreement.

3. Estimates & Proposals

All website estimates are non-binding. Final pricing requires a written, signed agreement.
Project scope, pricing, and timeline are governed solely by executed contracts.

4. Payments

Payment schedules, deposits, and billing terms are defined in signed project agreements.

Late payments may result in suspension of services.

5. Intellectual Property

All website materials — including logos, branding, designs, project photos, and text — are owned by CedarNest Construction LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, CedarNest is not liable for:

• Indirect damages

• Project delays due to weather, inspections, supply chain, or third parties

• Website interruptions

Liability is limited to amounts paid under written agreements.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Texas law. Venue shall be Dallas County, Texas.
